The Inn's Policies
1. Check in at 4:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am.
2. We do not accept day of reservations, reservations must be made at least one day prior to check-in.
3. July & August, we require a 2-night minimum stay.
4. Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions/preferences.
5. Use of oven and stovetop is by the Innkeeper only.
6. No smoking in the Inn, please step outside.
7. No pets allowed, with the exception of service animals or reserving the entire Inn.
*Pets are permitted if the entire Inn is reserved. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation and a $200.00 refundable deposit will be required in case of damages. Credit of the $200.00 refundable deposit is at the discretion of the Innkeeper.
8. The Sunroom Suite is our children friendly accommodation, children ages 10+ only.
9. The Sunroom Suite is our handicap accessible suite.
10. No Trailer Parking in the main driveway. The Inn has private parking and public parking is available. We have trailer parking available onsite and offsite, if necessary.
11. Please be respectful of other guests.
12. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund will be issues for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Once you make a reservation online, you will not be prompted for payment. We will email an invoice through Square for payment.
