The Inn's Policies

Check in is 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

  • Arrangements for late check-in must be made at least one day prior to check-in.

  • An additional $40 fee will be charged for check ins after 6pm.

  • If available, we are happy to offer early check-ins.

  • We cannot accommodate check-ins after 8:00pm.

Check out is 10:30 am.

We do not accept day of reservations, reservations must be made at least one day prior to check-in. 

July - October are 2-night minimum stay. 

Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions/preferences.

 

Use of oven and stovetop is by the Innkeeper only. 

No smoking in the Inn, please step outside.

Pets are not allowed.

The Sunroom Suite is our children friendly accommodation, children ages 10+ only.

The Sunroom Suite is our handicap accessible suite.  

No Trailer Parking in the main driveway. The Inn has private parking and public parking is available. We have trailer parking available onsite and offsite, if necessary.

Please be respectful of other guests. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

  • 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

*If you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer credit for future use or a gift certificate. 

Invoices left unpaid will be at the Innkeeper discretion to cancel the reservation.

Once you make a reservation online, you will not be prompted for payment. We will email an invoice through Square for payment.
